ASBIS Signs Direct OEM Agreement with Microsoft

ASBIS has signed a Direct OEM Agreement with Microsoft.The new agreement will license ASBIS to preinstall and distribute Microsoft software products on ASBIS’ personal computers. According to the newly signed Agreement, ASBIS has been granted a license to preinstall Microsoft software on its own systems, provide its customers with a backup copy of the preinstalled software, and distribute the preinstalled software to its customers. This Agreement complements the existing relationship between Microsoft and ASBIS.

ASBISc Enterprises Ltd. (ASBIS), a leading supplier of computer components to the EMEA emerging markets, has signed a Direct OEM Agreement with Microsoft. The new agreement will license ASBIS to preinstall and distribute Microsoft software products on ASBIS’ personal computers.

According to the newly signed Agreement, ASBIS has been granted a license to preinstall Microsoft software on its own systems, provide its customers with a backup copy of the preinstalled software, and distribute the preinstalled software to its customers. This Agreement complements the existing relationship between Microsoft and ASBIS.
