Rada Dyrektorów ASBISc Enterprises PLC (“Spółka”, “Emitent”) informuje, iż celem wykonania Uchwały nr 1 NWZA z dnia 21 grudnia 2011 r. Spółka podczas sesji giełdowej w dniu 30 grudnia 2011 r. dokonała nabycia łącznie 6990 szt. akcji własnych. 

Średnia jednostkowa cena zakupu wynosiła 1,46 zł za szt. 

Wartość nominalna jednej akcji wynosi 0,20 USD za 1 sztukę. 

Nabyty pakiet stanowi 0,0126 % kapitału zakładowego i daje 6990 głosów (0,0126%) na WZA. 

Po powyższej transakcji Spółka posiada łącznie 8989 sztuk akcji własnych, stanowiących 0,0162 % kapitału zakładowego i dających 8989 głosów (0,0162%) na Walnym Zgromadzeniu Akcjonariuszy.

The Board of Directors of ASBISc Enterprises PLC ("The Company", "the Issuer") hereby hereby informs that in order to execute the Resolution no. 1 of the EGM from December 21^st, 2011, the Company during market session on December 30^th, 2011 bought a total number of 6990 own shares. 

The average unit price of the purchase was PLN 1.46 per share. 

The nominal value per share is USD 0.20 for 1 share. 

The purchased package is 0.0126% of share capital and gives 6990 votes (0.0126%) at the AGM..

After this transaction, the Company has a total of 8989 own shares, representing 0.0162% of share capital and giving 8989 votes (0.0162%) at the General Meeting of Shareholders.
