Rada Dyrektorów ASBISc Enterprises Plc (“Spółka", "Emitent) informuje, że Zwyczajne Walne Zgromadzenie Akcjonariuszy Spółki, które odbyło się w dniu 08 Moze 2018, podjęło uchwałę w sprawie wypłaty dywidendy akcjonariuszom Spółki.

Zwyczajne Walne Zgromadzenie Akcjonariuszy, zadeklarowało wypłatę finalnej dywidendy w wysokości 0,06 USD na akcję zgodnie z rekomendacją Rady Dyrektorów Spółki. Dywidendą objęte są wszystkie 55,500,000 akcje Spółki.

W związku z tym całkowita kwota dywidendy wyniesie 3.330.000 USD.

Zwyczajne Walne Zgromadzenie Akcjonariuszy ustaliło datę ustalenia prawa do dywidendy (dividend date) na dzień 17 Moze 2018 roku, a datę wypłaty dywidendy (dividend payout date) na dzień 12 czerwca 2018 roku.

The Board of Directors of ASBISc Enterprises Plc ("the Company", "the Issuer") hereby informs that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company, that was held on May 8th, 2018 made resolution on payout of dividend to the Company's shareholders.

The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company declared payment of final dividend of U.S.$ 0,06 per share in line with recommendation of the Company's Board of Directors. All 55.500.000 shares in the Company is subject to dividend.

Therefore the total amount of dividend will amount to U.S.$ 3.330.000.

The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders set the dividend date for May 17th, 2018 and the dividend payout date on June 12th, 2018.
