W nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 15/2025 z dnia 19 maja 2025 roku, Rada Dyrektorów ASBISc Enterprises Plc (“ASBIS”) niniejszym informuje o wejściu w życie umowy inwestycyjnej ze Spółką MATRIX MEDIA Sp. z o.o. – właścicielem sieci sklepów Samsung na terenie Polski
Na mocy zawartej umowy, ASBIS nabył sieć 13 sklepów stacjonarnych Samsung Brand Store, zlokalizowanych w Polsce.
Cena nabycia ww. sieci sklepów wyniosła 10.000.000 Euro.
Źródłem finansowania transakcji są środki własne ASBIS.
Nabycie sieci sklepów Samsung Brand Store jest elementem strategii Grupy ASBIS tj. rozwoju sieci sklepów premium.
