Rada Dyrektorów ASBISc Enterprises PLC (“Spółka") informuje, iż celem wykonania Uchwały nr 1 NWZA z dnia 15 lipca 2019 r. Spółka podczas sesji giełdowych w okresie od 2 do 5 września 2019 r. dokonała nabycia łącznie 28.000 szt. akcji własnych.

Średnia jednostkowa cena zakupu wyniosła 2,44 zł za akcję.

Wartość nominalna jednej akcji wynosi 0,20 USD za 1 akcję.

Nabyty pakiet stanowi 0,05% kapitału zakładowego i daje 28.000 głosów (0,05%) na WZA.

Po powyższej transakcji Spółka posiada łącznie 161.389 sztuk akcji własnych, stanowiących 0,291% kapitału zakładowego i dających 161.389 głosów (0,291%) na Walnym Zgromadzeniu Akcjonariuszy.

The Board of Directors of ASBISc Enterprises Plc  („the Company”) hereby informs that in order to execute the Resolution no. 1 of the EGM from July 15th, 2019, the Company during market sessions between 2-5 September, 2019 purchased a total number of 28,000 own shares.

The average unit price of the purchase was PLN 2.44 per share.

The nominal value per share is USD 0.20 for 1 share.

The purchased package is 0.05% of share capital and gives 28,000 votes (0.05%) at the AGM.

After this transaction, the Company has a total of 161,389 own shares, representing 0.291% of share capital and giving 161,389  votes 0.291%

at the General Meeting of Shareholders.
