ASBIS supplies new medical equipment to Ukrainian hospitals

The company continues its donation activities in the most affected areas

In the summer of 2022, ASBISC Enterprises plc donated 7 units of modern medical equipment to hospitals in Ukrainian cities that suffered from a full-scale invasion - Vinnytsia, Dnipro, and Kramatorsk. The new equipment will help doctors to quickly diagnose patients' health problems, as well as perform life-saving surgeries.

After surviving the attacks, Vinnytsia, Dnipro, and Kramatorsk received more than 350,000 refugees, who require both social and medical assistance. The cities’ local hospitals are currently full of people who urgently need a diagnosis and effective treatment.

Thanks to the Laparoscopic stand, which allows surgeons to perform complex operations, an Ultrasound machine and a Laser that treats vascular pathologies (Dnipro), Medical equipment for blood sampling (Vinnytsia), and a Device for safe blood transfusion (Kramatorsk), doctors now have more vital tools at their disposal, meaning higher chances of recovery for the patients.

Represented in Ukraine by ASBIS-Ukraine, Breezy Ukraine, iOn, and iSupport, ASBIS closely monitors the situation to offer its support where it is needed.

“We continue to cooperate with public organizations and government agencies in order to avoid a humanitarian crisis in the cities of Ukraine. Helping the country and its citizens is the most important task for each of us today, and we will be offering our support in this difficult time as long as the country requires it” - commented Director of ASBIS-Ukraine, Vitaliy Melnichenko.
