Rada Dyrektorów ASBISc Enterprises Plc (“Spółka", „Emitent“) informuje, że Zwyczajne Walne Zgromadzenie Akcjonariuszy Spółki, które odbyło się w dniu 23 czerwca 2016, wybrało ponownie do Rady Dyrektorów Panów: Siarhei Kostevich, Marios Christou, Yuri Ulasovich, Chris Pavlou, Demos Demou. 

Siarhei Kostevitch jest, prezesem oraz założycielem Grupy.  W 1990 roku uruchomił w Mińsku (Białoruś)  firmę projektowo-produkcyjną, która w ciągu 20 lat stała się wiodącym dystrybutorem podziespołów komputerowych w Europie Wschodniej i krajach byłego Związku Radzieckiego. W 1987 roku zdobył tytuł magistra na kierunkiu inżynierii radiowej Uniwersytetu Inżynierii Radiowej w Mińsku. W latach 1987 - 1992, pracował jako członek Centrum Badań Naukowych na Uniwersytecie Inżynierii Radiowej w Mińsku,. W tym czasie opublikował serię artykułów na temat projektowania układów mikroelektronicznych w specjalistycznych periodykach o zasięgu lokalnym i międzynarodowym.

Zgodnie z deklaracją Pana Siarhei Kostevich, nie prowadzi on żadnej działalności konkurencyjnej wobec ASBISc Enterprises Plc. Nie był również nigdy wpisany do Rejestru Dłużników Niewypłacalnych.

Marios Christou dołączył do kadry zarządzającej spółki w sierpniu 2001 roku. Wcześniej przez trzy lata pracował jako kontroler finansowy w Photos Photiades Breweries Ltd (spółce należącej do Grupy Carlsberg) oraz przez cztery lata jako audytor w Deloitte & Touche Limassol na Cyprze. Posiada tytuł licencjata (1992) na dwóch kierunkach studiów  – Księgowości i systemach informatycznych oraz Ekonomii – w Queens College na Uniwersytecie Miejskim miasta Nowy Jork (C.U.N.Y.), oraz tytuł M.B.A. (1994) w zakresie Finansów międzynarodowych przyznany przez St. John's University w Nowym Jorku. Jest również biegłym rewidentem i członkiem Amerykańskiego Instytutu Biegłych Rewidentów (AICPA). 

Zgodnie z deklaracją Pana Marios Christou, nie prowadzi on żadnej działalności konkurencyjnej wobec ASBISc Enterprises Plc. Nie był również nigdy wpisany do Rejestru Dłużników Niewypłacalnych.

Pan Ulasovich urodził się w 1962 roku. Otrzymał tytuł magistra z Nowosybirskiej Wyższej Szkoły Wojskowej (1983) oraz tytuł magistra (z wyróżnieniem) w filozofii i ekonomii Moskiewskiej Akademii Sił Zbrojnych (1992), ukończył również studia podyplomowe w Instytucie Szkolnictwa Wyższego z Białorusi (Teoria ekonomiczna i ekomomia w przemyśle) w 1995 roku. Pan Ulasovich rozpoczął pracę w Spółce w 1995 roku jako Regionalny Dyrektor Sprzedaży i został awansowany na stanowisko Wiceprezesa ds. marketingu produktów w 2004 roku. Został dyrektorem operacyjnym od sierpnia 2015 r.

Zgodnie z oświadczeniem Pana Yuri Ulasovich nie prowadzi on żadnej działalności konkurencyjnej wobec ASBISc Enterprises Plc. Nie był również nigdy wpisany do Rejestru Dłużników Niewypłacalnych.

Pan Christakis Pavlou dołączył do Spółki w 2012 roku. Studiował biznes w Londynie. Jego kariera obejmuje szereg pozycji związanych z sektorem bankowym w międzynarodowych instytucjach. Swoją karierę rozpoczął w 1966 roku w Barclays Bank, w której to instytucji pozostał do 1986 roku. W tym czasie piastował funkcje Senior Trader, Chief Dealer, Head of Treasury oraz ostatecznie Deputy Chief Manager. Pomiędzy 1986 a 1998 piastował stanowisko Head of Treasury w banku HSBC. Pomiędzy 1999 a 2004 rokiem był Członkiem Rady Dyrektorów w Marfin Laiki Bank. Pomiędzy 2006 a 2011 rokiem piastował stanowisko Przewodniczącego Rady Dyrektorów w TFI Markets (sektor usług finansowych). Był również Członkiem Rady Dyrektorów, Przewodniczącym Komitetu Audytu Rady Dyrektorów oraz Przewodniczącym Komitetu ds. Ryzyka Rady Dyrektorów w Marfin Laiki Bank (od grudnia 2011). Pan Chris Pavlou specjalizuje się w zarządzaniu ryzykiem, zarządzaniu ryzykiem walutowym oraz budowaniu zespołów ludzkich.

Zgodnie z deklaracją Pana Chrisa Pavlou, nie prowadzi on żadnej działalności konkurencyjnej wobec ASBISc Enterprises Plc. Nie był również nigdy wpisany do Rejestru Dłużników Niewypłacalnych.

Pan Demou urodził się w 1969 roku. W swojej karierze zawodowej zajmował szereg stanowisk menedżerskich, głównie w branży bankowej i branży transportu morskiego.Aktualnie jest dyrektorem zarządzającym Fidelius Management Services Ltd. W przeszłości pracował dla szeregu firm, w tym dla Limassol Cooperative Savings Bank Ltd gdzie zajmował stanowisko Financial Manager przez pięć lat, V.Ships Ltd, Comarine Ltd, Oesterreichischer Lloyd Ship Management (Cyprus) Ltd, Acomarit (Cyprus) Ltd, Blasco Ship Management (Cyprus) Ltd, Unicom Management Services Ltd oraz Nikos Karantokis Holdings. Jest członkiem Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus od 1995 roku, członkiem Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of United Kingdom, członkiem Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners oraz absolwentem International Management Development Institute / University of Pittsburgh.

The Board of Directors of ASBISc Enterprises Plc ("the Company", „the Issuer“) hereby announces that Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company, that was held on June 23rd, 2016 reelected Messrs. Siarhei Kostevich, Marios Christou, Yuri Ulasovich, Chris Pavlou, Demos Demou to the Board of Directors.

Siarhei Kostevitch is the CEO, President and Founder of the Group. He established a business of design and manufacturing in 1990 in Minsk, Belarus, and within 15 years built it into the leading computer component distributor in Eastern Europe and former Soviet Union. Siarhei received a Master's degree in radio engineering design at the Radio Engineering University of Minsk in 1987. Between 1987 and 1992, Siarhei worked as a member of the Research Centre at the Radio Engineering University in Minsk, where he published a series of articles on microelectronics design in local and world-wide specialist magazines. 

According to Mr. Siarhei Kostevich‘ declaration, he does not conduct any activities which may conflict with ASBISc Enterprises Plc. He has never been included into the Doubtful Debtors Registry.

Marios Christou joined the Company in August 2001. Prior to this, Marios had worked as a Financial Controller at Photos Photiades Breweries Ltd (part of the Carlsberg Group of companies) for three years. Before this, Marios had also worked with Deloitte & Touche Limassol, Cyprus for four years, holding the position of an audit manager. Marios has a B.A. (1992), dual major – Accounting and Information Systems, and Economics - from Queens College of the City University of New York (C.U.N.Y.), and an M.B.A. (1994) in International Finance from St. John's University, New York. Marios is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

According to Mr. Marios Christou’s declaration, he does not conduct any activities which may conflict with ASBISc Enterprises PLC. He has never been included into the Doubtful Debtors Registry. 

Mr. Yury Ulasovich was born in 1962. He received a Master’s degree from Novosibirsk High Military School (1983) and a Master’s degree (with Honors) in Philosophy and Economics from the Moscow Academy of Armed Forces (1992), a postgraduate degree from the Institute for Higher Education of Belarus (Economic Theory and Industrial Economics) in 1995. Mr. Ulasovich joined the Company in 1995 as a Regional Sales Director and was promoted to the position of Vice President - Product Marketing in 2004. He became Chief Operating Officer from August 2015.

According to Mr. Yuri Ulasovich' declaration, he does not conduct any activities which may conflict with ASBISc Enterprises Plc. He has never been included into the Doubtful Debtors Registry. 

Mr. Chris Pavlou joined the Company in 2012. He has studied Business in London. His career includes a number of positions related to banking business with international institutions. He started his career at Barclays Bank in 1966, and he stayed at this institution until 1986. During this time he held positions of Senior Trader, Chief Dealer, Head of Treasury and finally Deputy Chief Manager. Between 1986 and 1998 he was a Head of Treasury at HSBC. Between 1999 and 2004 he was a Member of the Board at Marfin Laiki Bank. Between 2006 and 2011 he held position of the Chairman of the Board at TFI Markets (financial services industry). He was also a Member of the Board, Chairman of the Board’s Audit Committee and Chairman of the Board’s Risk Committee at Marfin Laiki Bank (since December 2011). Mr. Chris Pavlou specializes in risk management, foreign exchange risk management and team building.

According to Mr. Chris Pavlou’ declaration, he does not conduct any activities which may conflict with ASBISc Enterprises Plc. He has never been included into the Doubtful Debtors Registry.

Mr. Demos Demou, born in 1969. His career includes a number of managerial positions, mainly in the Shipping and Banking Industry.Currently he is the managing director of Fidelius Management Services Ltd. In the past he was working for a number of companies including the Limassol Cooperative Savings Bank Ltd where he held the position of the Financial Manager for 5 years, V.Ships Ltd, Comarine Ltd, Oesterreichischer Lloyd Ship Management (Cyprus) Ltd, Acomarit (Cyprus) Ltd, Blasco Ship Management (Cyprus) Ltd, Unicom Management Services Ltd and Nikos Karantokis Holdings. He is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus since 1995, a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of United Kingdom, a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and a graduate of the International Management Development Institute / University of Pittsburgh.
