Rada Dyrektorów ASBISc Enterprises Plc („Emitent“, „Spółka“) informuje, że w dniu 11 listopada 2016 otrzymała informację, iż w dniu 12 października 2016 roku nieaktywna spółka zależna Emitenta - EUROMALL d.o.o. (dawniej ISA Hardware d.o.o.) (Zagrzeb, Chorwacja) została ostatecznie wyrejestrowana z odpowiedniego rejestru. Było to rezultatem wniosku Spółki złożonego w ramach działań restrukturyzucyjnych Grupy rozpoczętych w 2015 roku mających na celu zmniejszenie kosztów ogólnego zarządu, faktu iż ta spółka zależna była nieaktywna i działalność Emitenta w Chorwacji jest realizowana przez inne podmioty. W związku z tym zamknięcie tej spółki zależnej nie będzie miało żadnego wpływu na działalność Emitenta.Title:

The Board of Directors of ASBISc Enterprises Plc ("the Issuer", "the Company") hereby informs that on November 11th, 2016 it has received information that on October 12th, 2016  the Issuer's inactive subsidiary - EUROMALL d.o.o. (formerly ISA Hardware d.o.o.) (Zagreb, Croatia) has been finally deregistered from the proper registry. This was a result of the Company‘s aplication made under the Group restructurring actions started in 2015 in order to decrease administrative expenses, the fact that this subsidiary was inactive and that the Issuer’s operations in Croatia are conducted through other entities. Therefore, closure of this subsidiary will not have any impact on the Issuer’s operations.
