Rada Dyrektorów ASBISc Enterprises Plc ("Spółka", "Emitent"), niniejszym informuje, iż w dniu 22 października 2014 roku Spółka otrzymała od Noble Funds Towarzystwa Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. zawiadomienie, iż w wyniku zbycia w dniu 21 października 2014 r. akcji Spółki udział Noble Funds Funduszu Inwestycyjnego Otwartego („Fundusz“) zarządzanego przez Noble Funds Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. przekroczył w dół próg 5% w ogólnej liczby głosów na WZA Spółki.

Zgodnie z zawiadomieniem przed wskazanym powyżej nabyciem akcji Fundusz posiadał 2 815 753 akcji Spółki, co stanowiło 5,07% kapitału zakładowego Spółki i posiadał 2 815 753 głosów na WZA Spółki, co stanowiło 5,07% ogólnej liczby głosów.

Zgodnie z zawiadomieniem po wskazanym powyżej nabyciu akcji Fundusz posiada 2 739 496 akcji Spółki, co stanowi 4,94% kapitału zakładowego Spółki i posiada 2 739 496 głosów na WZA Spółki, co stanowi 4,94% ogólnej liczby głosów.

The Board of Directors of ASBISc Enterprises Plc (“the Company”, „the Issuer“) hereby informs that on October 22nd, 2014 the Company has received from Noble Funds Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. notification that following to sale of the Company’s shares on October 21st, 2014 share of Noble Funds Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty („the Fund“) managed by Noble Funds Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. descended below the threshold of 5% of total number of votes at the Company’s General Meeting of Shareholders.

According to the notification, before the abovementioned sale of shares the Fund had 2 815 753 Company’s shares that were equal to 5,07% in the Company’s share capital and had 2 815 753 votes at the Company’s General Meeting of Shareholders, that were equal to 5,07% of total number of votes.

According to the notification, after the abovementioned sale of shares the Fund hold 2 739 496 Company’s shares, equal to 4,94% in the Company’s share capital and have 2 739 496 votes at the Company’s General Meeting of Shareholders, equal to 4,94% of total number of votes.
