Zmiana prognozy finansowej na 2014 rok

Data: 06.11.2014

Tytuł: Zmiana prognozy finansowej na 2014 rok

Podstawa prawna: Art. 56 ust. 1 pkt 2 Ustawy o Ofercie Publicznej – informacje bieżące i okresowe

- przychody wyniosą pomiędzy 1,45 mld USD a 1,6 mld USD

Kryterium monitoringu i oceny będzie osiągnięcie zabudżetowanych przychodów i zysku netto w każdym z pozostałych miesięcy 2014 roku. W przypadku istotnej rozbieżności pomiędzy wynikami osiąganymi a zabudżetowanymi, Spółka dokona korekty niniejszej prognozy raportem bieżącym.

Podstawa prawna: § 5 ust. U. z 2009 r., Nr 33 poz. 259, z późniejszymi zmianami).

Current report no 22/2014

Date: 06.11.2014

Title:  Change of the financial forecasts for Y2014

Legal Ground:  Art. 56 ust. 1 pkt 2 Act on Public Offering - current and periodic information

Message:

The Board of Directors of ASBISc Enterprises PLC („the Issuer”, „the Company”) informs that based on the results of the conducted analysis of the pace the Company is offsetting H1 2014 losses (that emanated from the turbulence in Ukraine and Russia), and based on the current market condition, it has decided to change the financial forecasts for the year 2014 that were announced in the current report no 7/2014 dated May 8th, 2014.

According to the original forecast the Company was expecting that for Y2014 to generate revenues between U.S.$ 1,60 billion and U.S.$ 1,75 billion and net profit after tax between U.S.$ 4 million and U.S.$ 5 million.

After the amendment, the Company forecasts that in Y2014:

- revenues will range between U.S.$ 1,45 billion and U.S.$ 1,60 billion

- net profit after tax will amount between U.S.$ 1 million and U.S.$ 2 million

This forecast numbers, like the ones published in May 2014, are based on certain assumptions, which might be outside the management’s ability to foresee. These are:

- The situation on the two major markets of Russia and Ukraine will not deteriorate dramatically as compared to Q3 2014

- Weakening of local currencies in Russia and Ukraine will not significantly change customer behavior in these countries

- Our private label business will continue at least to the extent it was in Q3 2014, in terms of both revenue and profitability.

Realization of the forecasted results will be monitored by the Company on a monthly basis. The monitoring and evaluation criterion will be the achievement of budgeted revenues and net profit for each of the remaining months of 2014. In case of any significant variation between the actual and budgeted results, the Company will amend this forecast through a current report.

Legal ground: § 5 sec. 1 p. 25 of the Regulation of Ministry of Finance from February 19th, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions of recognition of information required by law of a non-member country as equal (Dz. U. from 2009 No 33 pos. 259, as amended).
