W nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 23/2013, Rada Dyrektorów ASBISc Enterprises PlC ("Emitent", "Spółka") niniejszym informuje, że w dniu 12 listopada 2013 otrzymała informację, że – zgodnie z wnioskiem Spółki, który został ogłoszony raportem bieżącym 23/2013 w dniu 6 września 2013 – jedna ze spółek zależnych Emitenta w Słowenii - E.M.EURO-MALL d.o.o. (dawniej ISA Hardware s.r.o Słowenia) z siedzibą w Ljubljanie w Słowenii została wyrejestrowana przez właściwy sąd.

Emitent będzie kontynuował swoją działalność w Słowenii bez żadnych zmian, przez swoją drugą spółkę zależną - Asbis Slovenia d.o.o (Trzin, Słowenia).

In relation to the current report no 23/2013, the Board of Directors of ASBISc Enterprises PlC ("the Issuer", "the Company") hereby informs that on November 12th, 2013 it has received information that - following the Company’s application that was announced through the current report 23/2013 on September 6th, 2013 - one of the Issuer's subsidiaries in Slovenia - E.M.EURO-MALL d.o.o. (former ISA Hardware s.r.o Slovenia) with its registered office in Ljubljana, Slovenia has been deregistered by the appropriate court

The Issuer will continue its operations in Slovenia without any change, through its other subsidiary - Asbis Slovenia d.o.o (Trzin, Slovenia).
