Rada Dyrektorów ASBISc Enterprises PLC (“Spółka”), w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 1/2010 z dnia 5 stycznia 2010 roku, oraz w nawiązaniu do Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 19 lutego 2009 roku w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim (“Rozporządzenie”), informuje o zaktualizowanych datach publikacji raportów okresowych w 2010 roku.

Skonsolidowane raporty kwartalne:
· za IV kw. 2009 roku - 24 lutego 2010
· za I kw. 2010 roku - 6 maja 2010
· za III kw. 2010 roku - 9 listopada 2010

Skonsolidowany raport półroczny:
· za I półrocze 2010 roku - 11 sierpnia 2010

Skonsolidowany raport roczny:
· Skonsolidowany raport roczny za rok 2009 - 30 marca 2010

Rada Dyrektorów informuje, że zgodnie z § 101 ust. 2 Rozporządzenia, Spółka rezygnuje z publikacji raportu za II kwartał 2010 roku.

Jednocześnie, zgodnie z § 83 ust. 1 i 3 oraz § 82 ust. 3 Rozporządzenia, Spółka informuje, że będzie publikowała skonsolidowane raporty okresowe i - jako emitent z siedzibą w państwie innym niż Rzeczpospolita Polska - nie będzie publikowała jednostkowych raportów okresowych.

The Board of Directors of ASBISc Enterprises PLC (“the Company”), in relation to current report no 1/2010 from January 5^th, 2010, and in relation to Regulation of the Ministry of Finance from February 19^th, 2009 on current and periodic information published by the issuers of securities and on conditions of recognition of information required by the law of a non-member country as equal (“the Regulation”), hereby informs about the updated dates of publication of interim reports in 2010.

Consolidated quarterly reports:
· Q4 2009 - February 24, 2010
· Q1 2010 - May 6, 2010
· Q3 2010 - November 9, 2010

Consolidated Half-year report:
· H1 2010 - August 11, 2010

Consolidated Annual Report:
· Consolidated annual report for 2009 - March 30, 2010

The Board of Directors informs that according to § 101 sec. 2 of the Regulation the Company resigned from publication of quarterly report for Q2 2010.

In the same time, according to § 83 sec. 1 and 3 and § 82 sec. 3 of the Regulation, the Company informs that it will publish consolidated periodical reports and - as issuer with registered office in country other than Republic of Poland – the Company will not publish individual periodical reports.
