Rada Dyrektorów ASBISc Enterprises Plc ("Emitent", "Spółka") niniejszym informuje, że w dniu 11 kwietnia 2017 roku otrzymała informację, iż 4 kwietnia 2017 roku spółka pod nazwą "I ON" LTD z kapitałem zakładowym w wysokości 5.404.364 UAH (równoważnym do 200 tys. USD) została utworzona na Ukrainie.
Spółka ta jest 100% własnością spółki zależnej Emitenta E.M. EURO-MALL LIMITED.
Została utworzona aby wesprzeć rosnący biznes Grupy na Ukrainie.

The Board of Directors of ASBISc Enterprises Plc ("the Issuer", "the Company") hereby informs that on April 11th, 2017 it has received information that on April 4th, 2017 a company named "I ON" LTD with share capital of 5.404.364UAH (equal to USD 200 thousand) has been created in Ukraine.
This entity is 100% owned by the Issuer's subsidiary E.M. EURO-MALL LIMITED.
It was incorporated in order to support growing business of the Group in Ukraine.
