Rada Dyrektorów ASBISc Enterprises PLC (“Spółka”, “Emitent”) informuje, iż w dniu 28 sierpnia 2012 roku Spółka otrzymała informację od domu maklerskiego, iż w dniu 16 stycznia 2012 zrealizowane zostało nabycie łącznie 501 szt. akcji własnych, celem wykonania Uchwały nr 1 NWZA z dnia 21 grudnia 2011 r.

Średnia jednostkowa cena zakupu wynosiła 1,52 zł za szt.

Wartość nominalna jednej akcji wynosi 0,20 USD za 1 sztukę.

Nabyty pakiet stanowi 0,0009% kapitału zakładowego i daje 501 głosów (0,0009%) na WZA.

Po powyższej transakcji Spółka posiada aktualnie łącznie 151022 sztuk akcji własnych, stanowiących 0,2721% kapitału zakładowego i dających 151022 głosów (0,2721%) na Walnym Zgromadzeniu Akcjonariuszy.

The Board of Directors of ASBISc Enterprises PLC (“the Company”, “the Issuer”) hereby informs that on August 28th, 2012 the Company received information from a brokerage house that on January 16th, 2012 purchase of a total number of 501 own shares was completed, in order to execute the Resolution no. 1 of the EGM from December 21st, 2011.

The average unit price of the purchase was PLN 1.52 per share.

The nominal value per share is USD 0.20 for 1 share.

The purchased package is 0.0009% of share capital and gives 501 votes (0.0009%) at the AGM.

After this transaction, the Company has currently a total of 151022 own shares, representing 0.2721% of share capital and giving 151022 votes (0.2721%) at the General Meeting of Shareholders.
