Rada Dyrektorów ASBISc Enterprises PLC (“Spółka”, “Emitent”) informuje, iż celem wykonania Uchwały nr 1 NWZA z dnia 21 grudnia 2011 r. Spółka podczas sesji giełdowej w dniu 20 stycznia 2012 r. dokonała nabycia łącznie 10000 szt. akcji własnych. 

Średnia jednostkowa cena zakupu wynosiła 2,10 zł za szt. 

Wartość nominalna jednej akcji wynosi 0,20 USD za 1 sztukę. 

Nabyty pakiet stanowi 0,0180 % kapitału zakładowego i daje 10000 głosów (0,0180%) na WZA. 

Po powyższej transakcji Spółka posiada łącznie 39160 sztuk akcji własnych, stanowiących 0,0706 % kapitału zakładowego i dających 39160 głosów (0,0706%) na Walnym Zgromadzeniu Akcjonariuszy.

The Board of Directors of ASBISc Enterprises PLC (“the Company”, “the Issuer”) hereby informs that in order to execute the Resolution no. 1 of the EGM from December 21st, 2011, the Company during market session on January 20th, 2012 bought a total number of 10000 own shares. 

The average unit price of the purchase was PLN 2.10 per share. 

The nominal value per share is USD 0.20 for 1 share. 

The purchased package is 0.0180% of share capital and gives 10000 votes (0.0180%) at the AGM. 

After this transaction, the Company has a total of 39160 own shares, representing 0.0706% of share capital and giving 39160 votes (0.0706%) at the General Meeting of Shareholders.
