The Board of Directors of ASBISc Enterprises Plc ("the Company", “the Issuer”), according to § 29 sec. 3 of the Regulations of the Warsaw Stock Exchange ("WSE") hereby publishes Statement on application by the Issuer in 2013 of corporate governance rules contained in annex to Resolution no 19/1307/2013 of the Exchange Council from November 21st, 2012 "Code of Best Practice for WSE listed Companies".

"Dobre Praktyki Spółek Notowanych na GPW".
