Rada Dyrektorów  ASBISc Enterprises Plc informuje, że Zwyczajne Walne Zgromadzenie Akcjonariuszy ASBISc Enterprises Plc postanawia w dniu 7 maja 2008 r. na podstawie art. 152 Statutu ASBISc Enterprises Plc powołać spółkę Deloitte & Touche Limited, z siedzibą 319, 28th October Street, Kanika Business Centre, 2nd floor, CY-3105 Limassol, Cypr, wpisaną na listę podmiotów uprawnionych do badania sprawozdań finansowych pod numerem E047/004, jako biegłego rewidenta przeprowadzającego badanie skonsolidowanego sprawozdania finansowego Grupy ASBISc za rok 2008.

Grupa ASBISc korzystała z usług Deloitte & Touche w poprzednich latach w zakresie badania skonsolidowanego sprawozdania finansowego Grupy ASBISc. Osoba biegłego rewidenta badająca sprawozdanie finansowe Grupy ASBISc nie świadczy usług doradztwa podatkowego.

Podstawa prawna: § 5 ust. 1 pkt. 19 Rozporządzenia Rady Ministrów z dnia 21 marca 2005 roku w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych.

The Board of Directors of ASBISc Enterprises Plc informs that pursuant to resolution No. 4/2008, the Annual General Meeting of ASBISc Enterprises Plc, in accordance with paragraph 152 of ASBISc Enterprises Plc Statutes, decided on 7 May 2008 to appoint Messrs Deloitte & Touche Limited, with its seats in 319, 28th October Street, Kanika Business Centre, 2nd floor, CY-3105 Limassol, Cyprus, register in the auditors register under the number E047/004, and the certified auditor associated with Deloitte & Touche Limited satisfying the requirements for investigation of the consolidated financial statements of ASBISc Group for the year 2008.

ASBISc Group has previously rendered services in relation to reviews and audits of the consolidated financial statements of ASBISc Group. The auditor in person that reviews and audits the consolidated financial statements of ASBISc Group does not provide tax advisory services.

Legal grounds: Art. 5. clause 1 item 19 of the Decree of the Council of Ministers of October 19, 2005 on current and periodic information disclosed by issuers of securities.
