Rada Dyrektorów ASBISC ENTERPRISES PLC informuje, że w dniu 17 marca 2025 roku Spółka otrzymała od Provident Funduszu Pracowniczego Grupy ASBIS - osoby blisko związanej z osobą pełniącą obowiązki zarządcze powiadomienie o transakcji na akcjach ASBISC ENTERPRISES PLC.
Transakcja na akcjach wynika ze zmiany podejścia do zarządzania Funduszu Pracowniczego Grupy ASBIS. Na mocy decyzji komitetu, aktywa zgromadzone w funduszu Provident zostają przeniesione do funduszu AON MAP, a fundusz Provident zostaje rozwiązany.
