- Skonsolidowany raport roczny za 2020 rok

- 31 marca 2021 r.  Rada Dyrektorów informuje, że zgodnie z § 79 ust. 2 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 roku w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równorzędne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim ("Rozporządzenie"), Spółka rezygnuje z publikacji skonsolidowanego raportu za II kwartał 2021 roku.Jednocześnie, zgodnie z § 60 ust. 3 Rozporządzenia, Spółka informuje, że będzie publikowała skonsolidowane raporty okresowe i - jako emitent z siedzibą w państwie innym niż Rzeczpospolita Polska - nie będzie publikowała jednostkowych raportów okresowych.

Message: The Board of Directors of ASBISc Enterprises Plc ("the Company") hereby announces the publication dates of periodic reports in the year 2021: 

Consolidated quarterly reports: 

- Q4 2020 - February 25th, 2021

- Q1 2021 - May 6th, 2021

- Q3 2021 - November 4th, 2021 

Consolidated semi-annual report:

- H1 2021 - August 12th, 2021 

Consolidated annual report:

- Consolidated annual report for 2020

- March 31st, 2021.  

The Board of Directors informs that according to § 79(2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance from March 29th, 2018 on current and periodic information published by the issuers of securities and on conditions of recognition of information required by the law of a non-member country as equal ("the Regulation") the Company resigns from publication of consolidated quarterly report for  Q2 2021.In the same time, according to § 60(3) of the Regulation, the Company informs that it will publish consolidated periodic reports and - as an issuer with registered office in a country other than the Republic of Poland - the Company will not publish individual periodic reports.
