Rada Dyrektorów ASBISc Enterprises Plc („Spółka”) niniejszym przekazuje treść uchwał podjętych przez Zwyczajne Walne Zgromadzenie Akcjonariuszy, które odbyło się w dniu 10 maja 2023 roku.
Spółka informuje, że Zwyczajne Walne Zgromadzenie Spółki odstąpiło od rozpatrzenia punktu 10 ogłoszonego porządku obrad z uwagi na fakt, iż do czasu Zwyczajnego Walnego Zgromadzenia Spółki nie został powołany nowy dyrektor ASBIS.
Jednocześnie Spółka informuje, że do protokołu nie zgłoszono sprzeciwu w stosunku do podjętych uchwał.

The Board of Directors of ASBISc Enterprises Plc ("the Company") hereby announces the resolutions adopted by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders that was held on May 10th, 2023.
The Company informs that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders resigned from considering item number 10 of the announced agenda due to the fact that till the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, no new director of ASBIS was appointed.
At the same time, the Company informs that there were no objections raised to the adopted resolutions.
