Treść raportu: Rada Dyrektorów ASBISc Enterprises Plc  („Spółka”) niniejszym informuje, że Pan Yuri Ulasovich - Dyrektor Wykonawczy oraz Pan Demos Demou - Dyrektor Niewykonawczy Spółki, jako upoważnieni, nie zgłosili swoich kandydatur do ponownego wyboru podczas Zwyczajnego Walnego Zgromadzenia Akcjonariuszy Spółki  („ZWZA”), które odbyło się w dniu 5 maja 2021 roku.  

Tym samym z chwilą odbycia ZWZA wygasły ich kadencje. Spółka pragnie podziękować Panu Demos Demou oraz Panu Yuri Ulasovich  za ich cenne wsparcie w działalności ASBIS podczas obecności w Radzie.

Spółka życzy Panu Demos Demou oraz Panu Yuri Ulasovich sukcesów w przyszłych przedsięwzięciach. 

Spółka w odpowiednim czasie poinformuje, kto zajmie ich stanowiska.

Message: The Board of Directors of ASBISc Enterprises Plc ("the Company") hereby informs that Mr Yuri Ulasovich - Executive Director and Mr Demos Demou - Non-executive Director of the Companyhave retired from their offices as being eligible not offered themselves for re-elections during the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company held on the 5th of May 2021. 

The Company wishes to thank Mr Demos Demou and Mr Yuri Ulasovich  their valuable contribution to ASBIS during their presence on the Board.

The Company wishes Mr Demos Demou and Mr Yuri Ulasovich  all success in their future endeavors. 

The Company will inform who will be taking their positions in due course.
