Rada Dyrektorów ASBISc Enterprises Plc („Spółka”) niniejszym informuje, że Pan Constantinos Petrides i Pani Hanna Kaplan zostali powołani do Rady Dyrektorów począwszy od dnia 23 czerwca 2023 r.  

Pan Constantinos Petrides został powołany do Rady Dyrektorów jako Dyrektor Niewykonawczy. 

Swoją karierę zawodową rozpoczął w 2000 r. w Stowarzyszeniu Banków Cypryjskich oraz jako przedstawiciel Stowarzyszenia w Europejskiej Federacji Bankowej i Krajowym Komitecie ds. Wymiany waluty na Euro. W kwietniu 2006 roku został zatrudniony w Komisji Europejskiej w Brukseli, gdzie do września 2011 roku pracował jako ekonomista w Dyrekcji Generalnej ds. Rolnictwa i Dyrekcji Generalnej ds. Konkurencji. Podczas pracy w Komisji Europejskiej pełnił funkcję negocjatora umów o liberalizacji handlu pomiędzy UE i krajami trzecimi, a także zajmował się zagadnieniami pomocy publicznej w dziedzinie transportu.

Od marca 2013 do maja 2017 był Wiceministrem przy Prezydencie Republiki Cypru.

Następnie pełnił funkcję Ministra Spraw Wewnętrznych (maj 2017 - grudzień 2019).

Od grudnia 2019 do marca 2023 pełnił funkcję Ministra Finansów Republiki Cypryjskiej. 

Pan Constantinos Petrides studiował ekonomię na Uniwersytecie w Nottingham, a następnie uzyskał tytuł magistra ekonomii przemian politycznych w Europie w London School of Economics and Political Sciences. 

Zgodnie ze złożonym oświadczeniem Pan Constantinos Petrides nie prowadzi działalności konkurencyjnej wobec Spółki, jak również nie uczestniczy w spółce konkurencyjnej jako wspólnik spółki cywilnej, spółki osobowej lub jako członek organu konkurencyjnej spółki kapitałowej lub członek organu jakiejkolwiek konkurencyjnej osoby prawnej. 

Nie jest również wpisany do Rejestru Dłużników Niewypłacalnych.

Pani Hanna Kaplan została powołana do Rady Dyrektorów jako Dyrektor Wykonawczy. Hanna Kaplan posiada tytuł licencjata ekonomii oraz Dyplomowanego Księgowego od 2017 r.

Zanim w 2002 roku dołączyła do ASBIS, Hanna pracowała jako dyrektor finansowy i główna księgowa w różnych firmach. Od tego czasu Hanna stała się jedną z kluczowych osób w dziale finansowym Grupy ASBIS. Dzięki bogatemu doświadczeniu i umiejętnościom Hanna była liderem projektu w zakresie konsolidacji Grupy będąc kluczowym łącznikiem z działami Finansów i Informatyki. Uczestniczyła również w pracach związanych z wejściem Spółki na Giełdę Papierów Wartościowych w 2007 roku i zakończyła z dużym sukcesem projekt systemu raportowania on-line oparty na autorskim oprogramowaniu IT4profit. 

Zgodnie ze złożonym oświadczeniem Pani Hanna Kaplan nie prowadzi działalności konkurencyjnej wobec Spółki, jak również nie uczestniczy w spółce konkurencyjnej jako wspólnik spółki cywilnej, spółki osobowej lub jako członek organu konkurencyjnej spółki kapitałowej lub członek organu jakiejkolwiek konkurencyjnej osoby prawnej. 

Nie jest również wpisana do Rejestru Dłużników Niewypłacalnych.

The Board of Directors of ASBISc Enterprises Plc ("the Company") hereby announces that Mr. Constantinos Petrides and Mrs. Hanna Kaplan have been appointed to the Board of Directors effective from June 23rd, 2023. 

Mr. Constantinos Petrides has been appointed to the Board of Directors as a Non-Executive Director.

He started his professional career in 2000 at the Cypriot Banks Association and as a representative of the Association in the European Banking Federation and the National Euro Changeover Committee. In April 2006, he was employed at the European Commission in Brussels, where until September 2011 he worked as an economist in the Directorate-General for Agriculture and the Directorate-General for Competition. While working for the European Commission, he was a negotiator of trade liberalization agreements between the EU and third countries, and dealt with issues of state aid in the field of transport.

Since March 2013 to May 2017, he was the Deputy Minister to the President of the Republic of Cyprus.After that, he served as Minister of Interior (May 2017 - December 2019).

From December 2019 to March 2023, he held office of Minister of Finance of the Republic of Cyprus. 

Mr. Constantinos Petrides studied economics at the University of Nottingham and then obtained a master's degree in the economics of political change in Europe from the London School of Economics and Political Sciences. 

According to the submitted statement, Mr. Constantinos Petrides does not run any other business competitive to the Company; he is not involved in any activities of a competitive company as a partner of a civil partnership, limited partnership or as a board member of a joint-stock company, and is not engaged in any competitive legal entity as its board member. 

According to the submitted statement, his name does not appear in the Insolvent Debtors Register.  

Mrs. Hanna Kaplan has been appointed to the Board of Directors as an Executive Director. 

Hanna Kaplan holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and she is a Certified Accountant qualified in 2017.Hanna has served as finance manager and chief accountant in various companies before she moved to ASBIS back in 2002. Ever since, Hanna has evolved into one of the Key persons in Finance department of ASBIS Group. Due to her extensive experience and skills, Hanna was the leader of the project of automating the Group’s consolidation being the key liaison with Finance and IT departments. She also participated in the Group’s listing efforts back in 2007, and concluded with big success the online reporting system based on our own proprietary software IT4profit.

According to the submitted statement, Mrs. Hanna Kaplan does not run any other business competitive to the Company; she is not involved in any activities of a competitive company as a partner of a civil partnership, limited partnership or as a board member of a joint-stock company, and is not engaged in any competitive legal entity as its board member.
