Rada Dyrektorów ASBISc Enterprises Plc (“ASBIS”) niniejszym informuje, że powzięła informację o zawarciu w dniu 7 listopada 2022 roku przez ASBIS umowy nabycia 16% udziałów spółki PROMED BIOSCIENCE LTD z siedzibą w Limassol (Cypr).

Cena nabycia ww. udziałów wyniosła 800.000 euro.

Źródłem finansowania nabytych udziałów są środki własne Spółki.

PROMED BIOSCIENCE LTD to cypryjska firma biotechnologiczna, założona w 2017 roku przez multidyscyplinarny zespół naukowców i przedsiębiorców, która produkuje biomateriały na bazie kolagenu, w tym wysoko oczyszczony atelokolagen klasy medycznej, w celu zaspokojenia pojawiających się potrzeb w dziedzinie badań i medycyny. 

Inwestycja w PROMED BIOSCIENCE LTD jest elementem strategii Grupy ASBIS, czyli wejścia na nowy, perspektywiczny rynek medycyny regeneracyjnej.

The Board of Directors of ASBISc Enterprises Plc ("ASBIS") hereby informs that it has received information that on November 7, 2022, ASBIS concluded an agreement to acquire 16% of shares in PROMED BIOSCIENCE LTD with its registered office in Limassol (Cyprus).

Price for the purchased shares was EUR 800,000.  

The acquisition was financed from own Company’s funds.

PROMED BIOSCIENCE LTD is a Cypriot biotechnology company, founded in 2017 by a multidisciplinary team of scientists and entrepreneurs, that produces collagen-based biomaterials, including highly purified medical-grade atelocollagen, to address emergent needs in the research and medical fields.

The investment in PROMED BIOSCIENCE LTD is an element of the ASBIS Group's strategy, i.e., entering a new, promising, regenerative medicine market.
