Rada Dyrektorów ASBISc Enterprises Plc (“ASBIS”) niniejszym informuje, iż ASBIS zawarł umowę nabycia 15,5% udziałów (przy czym 80% udziałów pochodzi z nowej emisji) spółki RSL Revolutionary Labs Ltd z siedzibą w Limassol (Cypr).
Cena nabycia ww. udziałów wyniosła 700.000 euro.
Źródłem finansowania nabytych udziałów są środki własne Spółki.
RSL Revolutionary Labs Ltd to cypryjska firma biotechnologiczna, założona w 2019 r., oferująca unikalne formuły do pielęgnacji skóry zaprojektowane we współpracy z naukowcami, dermatologami i specjalistami onkologicznymi, zweryfikowane w drodze prac badawczo-rozwojowych i danych klinicznych w celu zaspokojenia pojawiających się potrzeb pacjentów onkologicznych.
Inwestycja w RSL Revolutionary Labs Ltd jest elementem strategii Grupy ASBIS tj. wejścia na nowy, perspektywiczny rynek medycyny regeneracyjnej.

The Board of Directors of ASBISc Enterprises Plc (“ASBIS”) hereby informs that ASBIS signed an agreement according to which acquired 15.5% shares (80% shares come from the new issue) of the company RSL Revolutionary Labs Ltd with its registered office in Limassol (Cyprus).
The price for the purchased shares was EUR 700,000.
The acquisition was financed from the own Company’s funds.
RSL Revolutionary Labs is a Cypriot biotech company, founded in 2019, offering unique skincare formulations designed in collaboration with scientists, dermatologists and oncology specialists and validated through vigorous R&D and clinical data, to address emergent needs in oncology patients.
The investment in RSL Revolutionary Labs Ltd is an element of the ASBIS Group's strategy, i.e., entering a new, promising regenerative medicine market.
